We Say: Large and central park with multiple access and facilities.  Plenty of flora and fauna to look out for.  Tends to be used by dog-walkers a lot.
Notes: This park area follows the river Afon Llywd as it winds though central Cwmbran.  In actual fact the South Fields area joins up with the Boating Lake area (across Llanfrechfa Way).  From the playground to the North entrance (Glan-yr-Afon Leisure Club) is 0.75Km, making a round trip of 1.5Km a pleasant walk.
